Swan Blend - Native American Coffee

The mild Swan is closely associated with many Native Americans. It is told, the Swan acts as a messenger of faith, is a symbol of loyalty and strength.

A swan may convey tranquility, grace and dignity as the Eastern Shawnees would reflect its symbol.

The Swan blend is light brown in color, this roast is generally preferred for milder coffee varieties. There will be no oil on the surface of these beans because they are not roasted long enough for the oils to break through to the surface. 

Light Roasted coffee has more caffeine than Dark Roasted coffee.
